Sample feedback from the clubmom site:

This is a great article. I have a 6-year-old daughter with severe milk, peanut and tree nut allergies. It’s comforting to know that there are other people out there that understand what we go through continuously. My daughter has been in Soccer, T-Ball and Dance and we’ve had a good response with the other parents doing their best to accommodate my daughter’s allergy needs as far as snacks go. Our biggest challenge is trying to find safe foods for my daughter when we go out to places like Disneyland. We always have to find out if the particular restaurant or fast food place has an ingredient book of their menu items. It’s frustrating when you ask if particular item has milk and they say no and when you insist on seeing the ingredient listing on the packaging of that item you find out that it does have milk. It just goes to show you cannot take someone’s word for it, it’s vital that you insist on seeing ingredients for yourself. Thanks again for a great article! God bless!
