Patrick Cudahy, Inc. is recalling “ROSELI SOPPRESSATA” (salami) products
due to undeclared wheat.

The salami products were distributed to restaurants, caterers, and the food
service industry in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida,
Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina,
Pennsylvania, and Texas.

The product was sold in 10-lb. cartons (containing 4 packages each)
of “ROSELI SOPPRESSATA.” Each label bears the establishment number “EST.
28” inside the USDA seal of inspection. Each package also bears a packaging
date code of “6313,” “6346,” “6356,” “7003,” “7018,” “7026,” “7047,”
“7058,” or “7086.”

PEANUT, ALMOND, PECAN, WALNUT, AND CASHEW ALLERGY ALERT
April 16, 2007

Harry & David Operations Corp. is recalling five types of candies because
they may contain undeclared peanuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts, and cashews.

The candies were distributed throughout the United States through Harry and
David Stores.

All lot codes of the products listed below are being recalled. The products
were sold in 6-oz. paperboard boxes with a folded over top. The boxes are
striped in several color variations.

• “Dark Chocolate Clusters The Ultimate Walnut Cherry Caramel Indulgence”
candies in green and cream striped boxes

• “Dark Chocolate Clusters The Ultimate Peanut & Peanut Butter Indulgence”
in red and cream striped boxes

• “Dark Chocolate Clusters The Ultimate Pecan Cranberry Caramel Indulgence”
in dark red and cream striped boxes

• “Whole Almond Confection” in brown and white striped boxes

• “Whole Cashew Confection” in dark red and cream striped boxes

Consumers are requested to return product to the place of purchase for a

Ben & Jerry’s is recalling “Country Peach Cobbler Ice Cream: Peach Ice
Cream with Cinnamon-Sugar Shortbread Pieces & a Peach Swirl” due to
undeclared wheat.

The product was distributed through retail stores nationwide in pint
containers with date codes of Jan 23 2008, Jan 24 2008, Feb 08 2008, or Feb
09 2008 on the bottom of the container.

Consumers who have purchased the product should discard the ice cream and
send the base of the empty container to Ben & Jerry’s Consumer Response
Department, Country Peach Cobbler Refund, 30 Community Drive, South
Burlington, VT, 05403 for a full refund. Consumers with questions may call

SOYBEAN ALLERGY ALERT
March 16, 2007

Gretchen’s Shoebox Express is recalling packages of “Tuna & Garden Salad
Mixer” due to undeclared soybean.

The product was distributed exclusively on Amtrak Cascade trains running
between Eugene, Oregon and Vancouver, British Columbia, with stops in
between.

The “Tuna & Garden Salad Mixer” is packaged in a clear 3-compartment
plastic container with by a large red “Gretchen’s Shoebox Express” label on
top, and an “Enjoy by” code date label on the bottom of 3-16-07 and prior
dates.

Frito-Lay is recalling 2-oz. bags of “Fritos Original Corn Chips” due to
undeclared milk and wheat.

The product was distributed to vending machines and food service operations
in Louisiana and Texas.

The 2-oz. bags are labeled “Fritos Original Corn Chips” with a “freshness
date” of May 8 located on the upper right hand side of the package and with
a 10 digit code number of 62730483692, 62730483592, or 62730483992, which
appears immediately beneath the freshness date.

Consumers who have purchased the product may return it to the place of
purchase for a refund. Consumers with questions may call the company at

EGG ALLERGY ALERT
March 12, 2007

Continental Mills is recalling “GFS Buttermilk Pancake Mix” due to
undeclared egg.

The product was distributed through Gordon Food Service, Inc. (GFS)
delivery and GFS Marketplace stores in Florida, Illinois, Indiana,
Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

The “GFS Buttermilk Pancake Mix” is packaged in a 5-lb. cardboard box with
the code date printed on the top flap. The code dates involved have the
first six digits KB6313 and KB6314.

Consumers who have purchased the product should discard it and bring their
receipt back to the GFS Marketplace store for a full refund. Consumers with

MILK ALLERGY ALERT
March 12, 2007

Hempler Foods Group is recalling “RESER’S FINE FOODS, Premium BEEF SUMMER
SAUSAGE, Natural Smoke Flavoring Added” due to undeclared milk.

The product was distributed to retail stores in Idaho, Montana, New Mexico,
Oregon and Washington.

The product was sold in 16-oz. packages with a “Sell by” date of 3/13/07,
3/18/07, 4/25/07, 5/16/07, 6/16/07, or 8/27/07. Each label bears the
establishment number “EST. 6410” inside the USDA seal of inspection.
